We manage all aspects of finance from invoicing customers, receiving payments, processing supplier invoices and allocating payments. Location : Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY. Contract Offered : Full-time, Permanent. We can also consider part time applicants. Working Hours / Shifts : 8.40am to 5.20pm, Monday to Friday, or longer days Monday to Thursday with half day on Friday. What does this role involve? This role is responsible for the processing of customer receipts and credit control. Other duties of the role include: • Issuing invoices. • Customer calls for payments/credit control. • Customer statements. • Bank reconciliations. • Processing of receipts on Sage. • Issuing of credit notes from Sage. • Handling customer queries. • Liaising with logistics and sales teams concerning shipments and orders. • Dealing with the bank regarding export documentation. • Other day to day administration tasks. Who can apply? Essential criteria : • GCSE or equivalent in English language and maths. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages such as excel, outlook and word. • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Currently hold the right to work in the United Kingdom. Phlebotomist

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and achieve. We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Phlebotomist within our clinic in Canary Wharf, London. Location : Unit RS160, Cabot Place, Canary Wharf, E14 4QT. Contract Offered : Full-time, permanent Working Hours / Shifts : 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Working times are 8.40am to 8.20pm Monday to Friday, 9.40am to 7.20pm on a Saturday and 11.40am to 6.20pm on a Sunday. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month. • Excellent communication skills. • Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. Desirable: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Exeperience in customer service. • 2 years experience in Phlebotomy. • Sales / Retail experience.

Healthcare Assistant University Maternity Hospital
Cork University Maternity Hospital (CUMH) is a 150 bedded Tertiary Referral Centre for Maternity, Neonatology and Gynaecology located on the campus of Cork University Hospital. CUMH incorporates the Obstetric, Gynaecology, and Neonatology Services in the Cork University Hospital Group within the Health Service Executive Southern region. CUMH has approximately 8,000 births per annum and is a tertiary referral centre. Services at CUMH are delivered within the South South/West Hospital Group (SSWHG) Ireland South Women & Infants Directorate which is based on the principles of partnership and integration and strongly supports the involvement of the multidisciplinary team in service provision. CUMH is the site for clinical placements for student midwives and student nurses in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes delivered in partnership with University College Cork. CUMH Services incorporates the use of the MN-CMS (Maternal Newborn Clinical Management System) into care delivered at CUMH. There are four Maternity Units in the South/South West Hospital Group - University Hospital Waterford, University Hospital Kerry, Cork University Maternity Hospital and South Tipperary General Hospital - spanning four of the largest counties in the country. Maternity Services includes Neonatology and Gynaecology as well as Midwifery and Obstetrics. The Group’s Primary Academic partner is University College Cork. A wide range of educational programmes and research is conducted within all hospitals in the Group. Purpose of the Post The National Maternity Strategy (2015) puts the needs of mothers and babies at its centre by ensuring women have access to safe, high quality, evidence based maternity care. This will be done by facilitating choice for women in so far as it is safe to do so. The Maternity Health Care Assistant (MHCA), as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, supports, assists and complements the role of the midwife, in the provision of safe, effective, quality care to women and babies. The MHCA works under the supervision of a Registered Midwife. The MHCA will assist the midwives in the care of women and babies and undertake other duties, as has been delegated to him/her by a registered midwife.
