As a Care Assistant, you will be involved in supporting clients to achieve their personal outcomes to build on their potential and to develop positive roles within their residential service and community. Working hours will be Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: · To facilitate and implement a person-centered approach for our clients appropriate to their wishes and goals · To promote and protect the rights of people in a manner that respects their dignity, their right to make choices and their privacy · To actively seek new interests and opportunities for people to develop meaningful roles in their communities · To ensure the overall wellbeing of clients in all areas of their lives including health and personal care · To assist in the teaching of life skills in cooking, budgeting, cleaning & building confidence Requirements: Applicants must hold a minimum of Major QQI level 5 in healthcare or foreign equivalent (validated by QQI) Applicants must have : · A passion for promoting and empowering those you support · A team player wiling to lone work as well as working as part of a team · A knowledge of the HIQA standards and relevant legislation · Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car · Post qualification experience of working with adults with intellectual disability is desirable · A legal right to work in Ireland Salary Scale: Successful candidates will be paid as per the HSE consolidated pay scales in line with required qualifications and relevant experience.

Regional Services Manager
The Regional Services Manager will have responsibility for oversight of and support to a number of local Jigsaw services. As the Jigsaw service network develops, the Regional Services Manager will also have responsibility for leading in the development of new Jigsaw services (community based and online) through the phases of planning, capacity building, initial implementation and full operation. As a member of the national service management team, the post holder will also actively contribute to the development and evolution of the Jigsaw service model. Key to this role is effectively ensuring fidelity to the Jigsaw model; sharing learning from local service implementation to inform the national programme enabling responsiveness to the needs of young people, the opportunities for partnerships and the rollout of government policy in local Jigsaw communities. The Regional Services Manager will work collaboratively with a Regional Clinical Manager and provide leadership and management support to the local Jigsaw Service management on all people related matters. The successful candidate will be energetic, innovative in their thinking about young people’s mental health and passionate about the development of accessible, youth-focused primary care mental health services. Please note this is a regional role supporting a number of Jigsaw services nationwide. Base location will be dependent on the successul candidate's location as well as the services in their remit. Attendance to our National Office in Dublin will also be required. What You'll Do: This is a senior role within Jigsaw’s services management team. About the role Full-time, earn-while-you-learn apprenticeship in Electrical Instrumentation. Field Service role based in Whitegate Co. Cavan. First Year Apprentice Vacancy An Overview of the Level 8 Quantity Surveyor Apprenticeship An apprenticeship is a full-time programme that combines work-based learning with a formal training programme. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will work as a full- time member of staff with your employer, who will release you to attend the structured training programme with the training provider the earn as you learn approach. The learning component will be delivered through Atlantic Technological University, Co. Sligo Initially who function as the co-ordinating provider along with SCSI for Quantity Surveyor Apprenticeships in Ireland. The academic modules will be delivered online one day per week, with remaining four days on the job. Those who successfully achieve all programme elements will attain a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying at Level 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ). Attendance at all scheduled training and achieving the various certifications involved, is a mandatory requirement for you to successfully complete the programme. The start date for apprentices recruited to join the programme will be early September 2026. Please note that requests for deferrals cannot be accommodated. Hairdressing Apprentice
Professional Hairdressers are qualified to work autonomously in a competent, professional and independent capacity, with the ability to use the knowledge, skills and competence required in their professional practice. They perform an extensive range of skills and services, from styling, colouring and cutting hair to performing scalp treatments. Typical duties include: shampooing and conditioning hair, cutting, and styling, giving and recommending hair treatments, permanent waving. Stylists will be competent at identifying hair and scalp conditions through hair and scalp analysis, and can recommend appropriate treatments or services. Hairdressers will be creative and be able to work with a variety of hair lengths, types, textures and ethnicities. They will be knowledgeable and have due regard to health and safety practices and legislation. They will have good communication skills and establish and maintain good customer relations. They will also be able to use the modern, computerised tools and equipment found in the modern salon and have the basic computer skills required for client record keeping and stock control.
