The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for their customers within Almac and as such facilitates all communication regarding the various deliverables of the QP Services Department. Responsibilities include hosting kick-off meetings with customers to advise on the QP Services offering and determine the requirements for products involved in their studies, acting as a principle contact for the customer requiring QP Services, and leading the QP Services activities at all stages, coordinating tasks and ensuring completion in line with the timelines agreed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and delegation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess situations and make sound decisions, both on behalf of the customer and in the best interest of Almac. The QP Study Lead will also be responsible for establishing rapport and positively communicating with others, managing the implementation of customer specific processes as and when required, and participating in Business Review Meetings (BRMs) for key customers as necessary. The successful candidate will participate in achieving business goals and objectives, and will represent the QP Services Department during customer audits and sales visits, promoting Clinical Services expertise in Qualified Person related activities, in the generation of new or on-going business.
