Kerry (Outreach to Castleisland/Tralee) Job Summary This post is in Network 1 (North Kerry), working as part of an Interdisciplinary team providing supports to children and young adults, 0-18yrs and their families. This will include children with Intellectual, Physical, Sensory disability, children on the Autistic Spectrum and children at risk of or query developmental delay; where their needs require the support of an Interdisciplinary Disability team. This team is under the national model of service provision “Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People” lead by the HSE. The successful candidate will be employed by the Brothers of Charity Services Ireland. The Network 1 North Kerry team is based in Listowel with an outreach service to Tralee to provide input to families from the Castleisland/Farranfore area . A ssessment, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions are provided by an Interdisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech & Language Therapist to work as part of a dedicated specialist interdisciplinary team providing assistive technology assessment and postural and mobility services to children and adults.
