Formulation Development Opportunities Hours : 37.5 hours per week - flexible and hybrid working options available (terms & conditions apply). One is Formulation Development which involves a Scientist designing and manufacturing pharmaceutical formulations by combining a drug with excipients to create a final product such as a tablet or capsule. The formulations are optimised for stability, bioavailability and processability to ensure the drug delivers its intended effect safely and effectively. The second part of the Formulation Department contains a Technical Support team involved in the writing of Master Batch Records. A Technical Writer creates clear, concise batch records to allow the manufacture of pharmaceutical products and is also involved in data checking results from development studies.
