Duty Manager - 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide Now under the management of FBD Hotels & Resorts , an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality professional to join our Management team as Duty Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous duty management experience in a hotel and will be able to demonstrate how they have contributed to running and improving the quality and operations of a busy 4* hotel. Please note that this role will require flexibility around the working shifts (early, and late shifts). Job summary We are keen to recruit Apprentice Motor Vehicle Technicians for our busy workshops across the Agnew Group. This exciting Apprenticeship opportunity is available in our premium brands including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, Mini, Porsche and Volkswagen. We have opportunities in Belfast, Mallusk and Portadown. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm The program is run in partnership with various training providers. As an Apprentice Motor Vehicle Technician you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repair, from routine servicing to the complete component overhaul of vehicle systems. Over three years, our Apprentice vehicle technicians learn through on-the-job training in our own workshops and classroom training. Main duties for this role may include the following; Have achieved or be expected to achieve at least grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). Demonstrate a passionate interest in or relevant practical experience of motor vehicles. Strong ability in IT. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. The ability to learn and apply new concepts and ideas. A genuine desire to become a competent Diagnostic Technician. Flexible approach to working hours, as shift patterns may be in operation.

RESIDENTIAL CARE Children’s Residential Services aim to provide a physically, emotionally and psychologically safe space in which children and young people can heal, develop and move forward in their lives. While the majority of children and young people placed in Children’s Residential Services are there because of family problems and others have experienced neglect or some other form of abuse, most are placed in Residential Care because of their behaviour is too challenging to be managed in any other care setting. It is also the case that some young people actually choose a placement in Residential Care because they do not wish to be placed with any family but their own. Other children and young people are placed in Children’s Residential Centres while Social Workers work with their families and others to determine where their needs can best be met into the future. SPECIAL CARE Young people referred to Special Care Services are between 11 and 17 years, very vulnerable, sometimes very challenging, with complex psychological and sociological profiles, high numbers of previous placements which have frequently broken down. Special Care is short term, stabilising and safe care in a secured therapeutic environment. The aim of the Special Care intervention is to provide an individualised programme of support and skilled therapeutic intervention which will enable the child/young person to stabilise and then move to a less secure placement based on the assessed needs of that child/young person.
