Primary Functions: The Deli Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day operation and profitability of the Deli Department. Essential Functions • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures with respect to department operations, quality, safe food handling to ensure compliance state, federal and OSHA safety and sanitation regulations. • Tracks sales, manages inventory, and orders merchandise to ensure freshness, meet customer demands and ensure profitability of department. • Schedules staff and delegates work assignments. • Provides training on department procedures, safe food handling, and sanitation regulations. • Cooperates with other departments in special promotions to help drive sales. • Ensures that staff work safely and comply with local, state, and government weights, measures and labeling laws. • Oversees and maintains merchandise presentation (freshness, cleanliness, organizing, stocking and removing). • Greets and takes orders from customers. • Any other duties as assigned. Remuneration The salary scale for the post as of 01/03/2025 is: €81,444, - €82,175, - €85,389, - €88,616, - €91,818, - €95,033, - €98,231. New appointees to any grade start at the minimum point of the scale. Incremental credit will be applied for recognised relevant service in Ireland and abroad (Department of Health Circular 2/2011). Incremental credit is normally granted on appointment, in respect of previous experience in the Civil Service, Local Authorities, Health Service and other Public Service Bodies and Statutory Agencies. Principal Duties and Responsibilities The Grade VIII Human Resources Manager will: Professional Responsibilities: Working Week The standard weekly working hours of attendance for your grade are 35 hours per week. Your normal weekly working hours are 35 hours. Contracted hours that are less than the standard weekly working hours for your grade will be paid pro rata to the full-time equivalent. You are required to work agreed roster/on-call arrangements advised by your Reporting Manager. Your contracted hours are liable to change between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm over seven days to meet the requirements for extended day services in accordance with the terms of collective agreements and HSE Circulars. Annual Leave The annual leave associated with the post will be 30 days .

Job Title Facilities Officer (Front of House Manager) (Senior Clerk of Works) Location The post-holder will be based at the National Museum of Ireland – Country Life, Turlough Park, Castlebar, Co.
