Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments) This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations. Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum Overview of the Post: The Strive project aims to support 5 service owners with a physical disability to move from their current living arrangements to new homes in the community. Reporting to the Strive Project Team Lead, the Community Connector will be an integral component of the transition group team. This team will be focused on delivering key outcomes for individuals specifically in the areas of independent living and personal development. The community connector will work with the service owners to support to enable them to build a lifestyle and live their life as part of their chosen community. In order to facilitate this evening and weekend work will be required and this contract will be over a seven-day roster.
