JOB PURPOSE The Customer Services Agent plays a key operational role in the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the airport terminal. The postholder is responsible for managing customer issues and complaints, supporting operational resilience during disruptions, conducting inspections and audits, monitoring service standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as a key point of contact for passengers, airlines, and airport stakeholders. The role requires sound judgement, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to balance customer needs with operational, safety, and security requirements. KEY DUTIES Play an essential and proactive role in all emergency procedures, including leading terminal evacuations and responding to aircraft emergency-related incidents, in strict adherence to established protocols. Ensure strict adherence to all statutory, company, and relevant aviation industry regulations concerning health, safety, fire, and security. This includes actively protecting airport users, staff members, and the critical business interests of the company. Administer essential first aid services and follow-up care to customers and staff in emergency situations (First Aid certificate required), ensuring immediate welfare and safety. Ensure the safe, secure, and efficient operation of all aspects of terminal and landside operations, optimizing resource utilization and proactively identifying potential risks. Conduct regular, comprehensive audits of all terminal fixtures, fittings, and equipment; proactively identify deficiencies; and implement immediate corrective actions, making decisions to mitigate risks and maintain safety and service standards. Contribute to the financial success and operational integrity of the airport through effective supervision of terminal contracts, including conducting regular, detailed audits of standards defined in Service Level Agreements with service providers to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance the passenger experience. Execute critical support duties related to operational safety, including the issuance and management of Permits to Work, Hot Work Permits, and Work Sign-Off Sheets. The Customer Service Agent is also expected to conduct contractor staff inductions, safety briefings, and thorough pre-work site assessments and preparations. Manage and optimize passenger flow through the terminal to meet both the commercial and operational needs of the business, strictly adhering to operational procedures and identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or safety hazards. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, actively managing and resolving complex passenger complaints and comments, and promoting commercial opportunities available to all passengers and airport users. Provide assistance as necessary in the Control Centre during operationally busy periods with CCTV system monitoring, call handling, updating the Flight Information Display System, PA announcements, and related duties, dealing with all queries in a courteous and professional manner. Communicate and liaise effectively with all airport users, business partners, and control authorities, ensuring a proactive approach to customer service at all times. Undertake general clerical and support duties, including the production of Flight Schedule Reports and Station Reports, and ensure the provision of a quality and efficient service for the Operations Department. Ensure that all statutory and company regulations regarding health and safety, fire, and security are followed to protect airport users, staff members, and the business interests of the company. Uphold the company’s information security policies and procedures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data. Any intellectual property created during the course of employment shall remain the property of the company. Respond or assist appropriately in any emergency and participate in emergency exercises, as detailed in the Emergency Orders within the aerodrome manual. Regional Services Manager
The Regional Services Manager will have responsibility for oversight of and support to a number of local Jigsaw services. As the Jigsaw service network develops, the Regional Services Manager will also have responsibility for leading in the development of new Jigsaw services (community based and online) through the phases of planning, capacity building, initial implementation and full operation. As a member of the national service management team, the post holder will also actively contribute to the development and evolution of the Jigsaw service model. Key to this role is effectively ensuring fidelity to the Jigsaw model; sharing learning from local service implementation to inform the national programme enabling responsiveness to the needs of young people, the opportunities for partnerships and the rollout of government policy in local Jigsaw communities. The Regional Services Manager will work collaboratively with a Regional Clinical Manager and provide leadership and management support to the local Jigsaw Service management on all people related matters. The successful candidate will be energetic, innovative in their thinking about young people’s mental health and passionate about the development of accessible, youth-focused primary care mental health services. Please note this is a regional role supporting a number of Jigsaw services nationwide. Base location will be dependent on the successul candidate's location as well as the services in their remit.
