They will manage mechanical and electrical maintenance procedures, supervise external contractors and will undertake a range of operational duties. The appointee shall be required to work as part of the Estates team as well as under their own initiative and must be both adaptable and flexible. They will possess a comprehensive technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services. They will be an excellent communicator and will be competent in the management of a wide range of staff and external service providers.
