Provide and implement technical solutions to continuously improve the manufacturing process 9. Contribute to the production of the highest quality products, good customer service and their continuous improvements 10. Establish and promote good housekeeping and safety practices 11. Comply with Company environmental/energy policies and the requirements of the Environmental System in both normal and emergency situations 12. The Role McMahons are now seeking applications for the position of a Roof Truss Manufacturer for their Roof Truss Manufacturing plant located in Fermoy Co. Cork The Responsibilities Prepare the raw materials in advance of each truss production. Assist in the physical assembly of roof trusses. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and jigs. Assist in the wrapping and marking of each complete order. Proactively set up for next order once current order is complete. Identify and report any quality or safety issues to the Production Supervisor. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in safety, efficiency, and quality. Following company policies and procedures from an operational and health and safety perspective. The Candidate: Previous experience in a truss manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
