Working Hours / Shifts : 40 hours per week, across 5 days per week, including some weekends. What does the Driver role involve? This role is responsible for making trips between our various clinics and sites ensuring that samples are collected / delivered on time. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Make multiple trips daily between our third-party clinics, Randox Health Clinics and Laboratories. • Conduct a sample count on each trip and complete required documentation when transporting samples. Witness the accessioning count upon delivery. • Collect stock orders and deliver them to the required site. • Complete a daily vehicle checklist at the start of each day. • Record vehicle milage in the provided logbook. • Ensure vehicles are filled with the correct fuel and Ad Blue, if required. • Adhere to all speed limits and road laws. Who can apply? Essential criteria: • Full, clean Irish Driving Licence applicable to the designated vehicle. • Flexibility in your availability. • Good knowledge of the local roads and motorways. • This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar position. IT Service Delivery Manager, Systems And Data
Manage the effective delivery of the College's Learner Management Information System and data reporting functions to support curriculum delivery and data-driven decision-making while ensuring compliance with data governance standards. Support the continued implementation of additional functionality of the Learner Management Information System. Lead the Systems and Data strand to provide reliable access to curriculum, student, and timetabling information, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders and funding agencies. This dual role includes operational and management support, with responsibilities including deputising for the Head of IT Services and providing visible leadership at campus locations.

Goods Inward consisting of: - Unloading pallets of stock - checking all paperwork and raising queries with Management and Suppliers and storing away with accuracy and efficiency. - Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures. - Reporting damaged or missing goods to Management. Goods Outward consisting o f: - Picking and packing orders for despatch with accuracy and within time specifications. - Loading goods/ pallets/ totes on to delivery vehicles ensuring that all paperwok ia present and correct. - Preparing goods for dispatch with all associated paperwork. General Warehouse duties: - Stock taking and communicating with Manager when stocks are low/dated/damaged. - Following workplace Health and Safety regulations when using handling goods by hand/ pallet truck/forklift. - Dealing with delivery drivers on a daily basis (both internal and external). - Ensuring warehouse is clean and tidy. ** Must be willing to undertake Fork Lift Truck Training as part of this role** This is a physically demanding role and a good level of fitness is required. Driving Company vehicles as and when required is also a requirement of this role.

The Learning Support Mentor will have responsibility for providing 1:1 mentoring support to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. He/she will be required to undertake a range of tasks associated with supporting learners on a range of full time and part time Higher Education and Further Education courses. The Learning Support Mentor will provide support, motivation, and guidance to help students overcome obstacles to their learning which may include learning difficulties and/or disabilities, family issues, mental health problems or a lack of confidence. The Learning Support Assistant will have responsibility for providing additional learning support to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. They will be required to undertake a range of tasks associated with supporting learners on a range of full time and part time courses, this may include working one-on-one in a small group within a classroom supporting students with their education and social development. A Learning Support Assistant provides support to students who have a learning difficulty and/or disability such as specific literacy difficulties, Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome, mental health difficulties or mobility difficulties.
