This is a fantastic opportunity to work as Practice Manager in our Portglenone Dental Practice. You will join a dynamic team of General Dentists to provide excellent patient service. Using your experience within the Dental sector, you will think commercially whilst leading a patient focused service. You will be confident leading a team of between 3-6 employees and be responsible for all the normal day to day management responsibilities within a busy Dental Practice. The successful applicant will work 30 hours per week split over 4 days working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (8.30-17.00). Essential Criteria
National Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue across national retail and foodservice accounts. • Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Identify and secure new business opportunities with national and regional customers. • Negotiate pricing, promotional activity, and contract terms in line with company objectives. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. • Collaborate with NPD, marketing, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers. • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. • Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as required • Integrate environmental sustainability into account management and procurement strategies by prioritising customers with strong environmental credentials, advocating for responsibly sourced ingredients, and supporting initiatives that minimise the environmental footprint of the supply chain. New Product Development • Stay informed on emerging market trends and evolving customer preferences, actively contributing to the identification and sourcing of new product development opportunities that align with client needs and drive commercial growth. Produce a safe, legal, quality product which is what it says it is on time, every time • Food safety, integrity, legality, and quality is everyone’s responsibility. Promote a strong culture in each of these areas. • Maintain the necessary systems, procedures, training and working practices to deliver best practice and meet the requirements of the site procedures and customer requirements. • Manage food safety, legality, integrity, and quality in conjunction with the technical team. • Ensure standards are met for all Customers audits, SEDEX and BRC requirements. • Participation in customer audits and visits. • Report all food safety, legality, Integrity, and quality near miss to technical team. National ABIT Data Protection & Information Manager
Job Summary The Child and Family Agency was established on 1st January 2014 and is responsible for a range of statutory functions including provision of child protection, alternative care, specified regulatory services and a range of family support services. The Agency has commenced a major improvement programme with significant focus on Practice, Culture and Structure. The Agency currently has responsibility for a budget of circa €1.2billion and delivers its services through over 5,500 people in 259 locations across the Country. The Child and Family Agency has responsibility for the following range of services: •Child Protection and Welfare •Parenting, Family Support and Early Help Services •Alternative Care •Birth Information & Tracing and Adoption •Tusla Education Support Services (TESS) •Children’s Service Regulation •Counselling and Therapeutic Supports Data Protection Unit (DPU) Tusla processes a large volume of highly sensitive personal data on a daily basis in order to deliver the critical services it provides to Children and Families across the State. In doing this, Tusla must ensure that it has adequate organisational and technical measures in place; that the rights and freedoms of Tusla service users are respected and that privacy risks to those rights and freedoms are minimised; and that a fit for purpose operating model for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (FOI) and is implemented. The role of the DPU includes: •Data Protection Operations, such as data subject requests (access, erasure, rectification etc.); managing personal data breaches; provision of a data protection helpdesk to all staff; and support for the National Privacy Officer Network •Data Protection Compliance •Data Protection and Privacy technical advice and support •FOI compliance The DPU also leads Tusla's GDPR Programme, a multi-annual strategic transformation programme.
