Access to Care NTPF Administrator
Overview of role: The Access to Care Administrator coordinates end to end administration support for Public Referrals. They work in conjunction with Medical Secretary Team to ensure patients waiting for outpatient consultations, inpatient day case procedures, or surgeries receive timely, high-quality care. This role is central to supporting safe, punctual, and seamless patient experiences throughout the hospital. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Duties Support an excellent Patient experience Compliance and reporting with NTPF and hospital protocols to uphold patient safety standards Support of the Referrals Management Team Lead through timely and accurate operational reporting. Logging receipt of NTPF referrals, ensuring all external hospital referrals match order numbers issued by the NTPF to specific hospital. Scanning all referrals to database and creating MRN in IT system Communicate with patients where necessary. Create and verify weekly reports to NTPF. Follow up with public hospitals on any referrals that have been omitted and or any extra patient information that may be required. Monitor all referrals sent out to consultants to ensure all patients have a procedure date within the allotted timeframes. Collate post procedure correspondence, scan match it with invoices and return to referring hospital. Liaise with the NTPF and Public hospitals to give updates, additional information as required To efficiently manage the distribution and filing of patient’s charts in the hospital on a daily basis through the hospital patient management system and by continuous liaison with the ward, pre-assessment nurses, scheduling team, accounts, and consultant’s secretaries to ensure efficient chart management and distribution. Liaise with consultant secretaries, referring hospitals and other external agencies. To coordinate and issue medical discharge letters. Scheduling outpatient clinics and theatre appointments within the hospital. Process outliers in line with NTPF and hospital guidelines To liaise with and maintain an excellent working relationship with other members of the hospital multi-disciplinary team ensuring a high level of patient service is maintained. Work as part of a team by supporting each other, sharing workload and covering each other during periods of absence. To perform such other duties appropriate to the post as may be assigned from time to time by the manager or nominee. You will be responsible for creating a seamless flow of materials to and from Production, Paint and Assembly. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Material Call Off Coordinator
Purpose To ensure that the necessary materials are available at the right time, in the right place, and quantity to meet production schedules. Key Responsibilities / Measures of Success Leadership • Safety is a condition. Behave in a safe manner while on site. People • Communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders; Planning, Operations, Engineering, Central Materials team, Technical, OPEX, R&D, etc. on risks, issues, and key changes required to deliver optimised customer service at the lowest cost. Excellent Results Desirable • Plan and order all site material orders and deliveries to meet production plan and schedule requirements using the site Materials Requisition Planner (MRP) and SAP. • Schedule deliveries & manage stock levels at third-party logistics partners. Essential • Optimise material delivery schedules in line with stock holding policies to improve business performance across the balanced scorecard. • Build strong relationships with the site Operations team. Utilise these relationships to solve problems quickly & effectively. • Build strong relationships with the Noon and Central Procurement teams. Utilise these relationships to solve problems quickly & effectively. • Identify & support delivery of site material Profit Improvement Projects (PIPs) with the central Procurement team. Standard Work & Problem Solving • Maintain master performance data sets for all suppliers, materials, lead times, stock holding rules, minimum order quantities, within the site Materials Requisition Planner (MRP). • Maintain material Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and use data analysis to make problems visible, quantifiable, and to guide decisions. • Ensure that all delivery queries, financial or otherwise, are dealt with in the agreed timescales. Skills & Knowledge • Experience in a FMCG Industry, ideally in a material management role. • Understanding of OPEX and its use in optimising production schedules. • Experience in material call off with an in-depth understanding of material requisition planning systems and their optimisation. • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence multiple levels of the site. • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Desirable • Advanced Excel capability • Working knowledge of SAP & Innova or similar manufacturing systems. • Degree in Manufacture / Engineering / Science or another appropriate discipline.
