Clinical Nurse Manager, Surgical Flat Ward
Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this CNM II Role is pivotal in the delivery of compassionate, expert level care to children undergoing procedures. This role blends clinical excellence with strategic leadership to ensure safe, high quality, and family-centred care. The CNM II will assist in the safe, effective and efficient management and leadership of the department within allocated resources and undertake responsibility for the ward. To ensure the provision of a high standard of care to the children and their extended family is consistent with the mission, vision, values and strategic plan of the hospital.
