Staff Officer
The Housing Agency is now seeking applications for a Staff Officer IT – Grade 5 vacancy on a permanent basis. This post is based in our offices in Dublin 2. The Housing Agency operates a Blended Working Policy. The role holder will provide frontline technical support and assist in the day-to-day management of ICT systems and services. They will ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, coordinate the resolution of user issues, and contribute to projects that enhance the organisation’s digital capabilities.
