Use the event management software systems. Take deliveries into and monitor collections from the Theatre. As required, act as Duty Officer for the venue ensuring the health and safety of all patrons and visitors in the building, the supervision of front of house staff and working on your own. Undertake any other relevant duties that may be required and are commensurate with the nature and grade of the post. Qualifications and training • Five GCSEs (Grades A – C) or equivalent / comparable including Mathematics and English Language. **Applicants must list all subjects, grades and level attained Experience • Six months’ experience working with the public either by telephone or in a customer-facing environment; • Six months’ experience in cash handling.
