About the Operations Graduate Programmes: Flight Operations & Safety Grad Programme- With two rotations of 12 months, you will spend time shadowing the Chief Pilot and other senior FOPs personnel with various analytical, reporting and administrative tasks to help manage our 5,000 strong pilot workforce. You will then assist Ryanair's Safety team, the best in the business to monitor potential threats to our operation, promote our “Just Culture” as well as providing regular safety & security updates across the Ryanair Group network. This is a key area of the business and vital for ensuring that our 35+ years impeccable safety record remains. OCC Grad Programme- Our Operations Control Centre is a 24/7, 365 day operation making sure that we operate a safe and on-time performance for over 2500+ daily flights. As such, the shift pattern on this programme is 4 days on, 4 days off, consisting of 12 hour shifts working 2 days and 2 nights per rotation. Please ensure you are comfortable with this pattern before applying. You will complete a number of rotations in some of the 4 main areas of the OCC including Flight Planning, Crew Control, Ground Control and Ops. Ground Operations Programme- Our Ground Ops Graduates will get a chance to get into the day to day of the operation. Airline Flight Academy is a venture for outsourced sim & flying services to European Airlines from a brand-new training facility based in Santry, Dublin, Ireland. AFA are recruiting for SIM Engineers to join their team at their new Flight Simulator Training Facility in Santry, Dublin. The facility will be used to support Pilot Training using the latest Flight Simulators from CAE. Our simulators run over 20 hours per day training our 4,500 pilots each year for recurrent and initial training. Our highly skilled SIM Engineering team carry out preventative maintenance and urgent repair of our SIMs. Quick action to resolve issues that affect the training of aircrew using the simulators and training equipment is a priority.
