Job Purpose: To source and supply franchise vehicle parts efficiently for customers and workshop vehicles, meeting agreed sales volume targets and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Receive, record and bin parts and consumables from the manufacturer and other suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreed orders. Identify, locate, invoice and issue parts and consumables to customers and other departments using the computer system. Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail and trade customers. Administer parts invoices ensuring invoiced items are accountable. Establish customers needs for required parts, communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers when appropriate. Manage and control all parts administration requirements. Maintain standards in line with regulatory requirements. Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction. Follow up in line with Dealer procedures. Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the Dealer. Maintain product knowledge on the full franchise range. Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times. Work with existing team, to ensure that agreed targets and deadlines are met in line with guidelines, policy and procedures. Senior Anatomical Pathology Technician Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this post is to provide anatomical technical services with the Pathologists Clinical service in the provision of the Post Mortem service of CHI. The service is provided in both CHI- Crumlin and CHI-Temple St. Essential Criteria: · Professional Qualification- Level 4 Diploma in Healthcare Science (Anatomical Pathology Technician) awarded by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) or an equivalent qualification. · Have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience of working as a Senior Anatomical Pathology Technician in a Mortuary environment. Desirable Criteria: · Experience of paediatric post mortem examination Note: In the absence of fully qualified applicants, CHI may consider appointing individuals with less experience and support them in their training and progression toward full qualification. The Pharmacy Department at Tipperary University Hospital provides pharmaceutical services in the hospital which include; dispensary services, stock top up services, medicines information, provision of chemotherapy and some ward-based clinical pharmacy services. St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network is dedicated to being a world class leader in cancer treatment, patient care, research and education. In striving for this excellence, the holistic needs of our patients and their families are our greatest concern. Multidisciplinary teams, consisting of medical, nursing, allied health professionals, management and general support staff play a pivotal role in the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of services within the hospital.
