Patient Navigator For The National Childhood Cancer Services [aligned To CNM / Senior HSCP Grade
Purpose of the Role: Childhood cancer is a devastating diagnosis for families, requiring complex medical care and emotional support. A Patient Navigator would serve as a dedicated guide, providing support, education, and coordination of services throughout the cancer journey to the families of children, adolescents and young adults. In collaboration with the MDT and relevant stakeholders, the post will support the patient journey, enhance clinical outcomes, and optimise healthcare resource utilisation. The post holder will contribute to strategic and operational team decision-making to ensure the consistent delivery and continued development of high-quality, outcome-driven patient care.
