This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. The key duties of the role include: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. This support spans housing, income, health, and education and contributing to society ensuring that individuals and families receive appropriate and effective services. Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with Traveller families and individuals in need of support, particularly in areas related to housing, financial stability, health, and education and community connections. • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with Travellers to help them achieve their goals. • Assist Travellers in developing the skills and confidence to manage their accommodation and equitably access essential public services. • Support new and existing social housing tenants in maintaining their tenancies. • Advocate alongside the Traveller community, ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.
