Assistant Manager - Melt Shop

The Role: Participate and take the lead in daily shift briefings and coordinate daily production activities to ensure key objectives are met Monitor equipment condition, highlight problems and work closely with support departments to ensure solutions and repairs are completed to a satisfactory manner. Liaise with support departments to ensure production output and shipment targets are achieved Support continuous improvement of the department in the following areas: . Productivity . Quality (dross, material specification and material control) . 5S . Health and safety .
