Main Duties and Responsibilities • Work closely with Events team as well as other in-house departments to deliver a very special Magical Christmas Experience • Interact with families / children ensuring they are having a fantastic memorable experience. • Engage fully with guests of all ages ensuring that a 5-star Christmas Experience is received by each and every guest. • Deliver games and craft activities with a high level of involvement from both individuals and groups. • Wearing Christmas themed costume to enhance the experience of our guests (costumes will be provided on commencement and will remain the responsibility of individual staff members until the end of their contract). • Ensure that you are aware of the correct evacuation procedure and where the nearest exits are to support the evacuation of the Magical Christmas Experience in the event of an emergency (full training will be provided). • Manage and co-ordinate the safe evacuation of all guests from your designated area should evacuation be necessary. • Assist in the set-up and reset of the Magical Christmas Experience, ensuring that it happens in a timely manner, and that all areas allocated to you are returned neat, tidy and fully stocked for the next guests. • Communicate with the Duty Manager any requirements needed to ensure that guest experience is not compromised. • Proactive and positive approach to embracing organisational Health and Safety culture • To undertake your duties in such a way as to enhance and protect the reputation and public profile of Titanic Belfast • Ensure adherence to and compliance with all GDPR / Data Protection related policies and procedures • Any other duties as delegated by the Events Operations Manager, Duty Manager or any other person designated in their absence.
