The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 is the Person in Charge of registered designated centres and is responsible for the Operational management of the centre on a daily basis. Service provision is underpinned by the HSE’s commitment to providing a quality service delivered locally and responsive to individual need. The service provides evidenced based care through the promotion of Nursing grades to embark on future educational opportunities. The service supports staff development and promotional opportunities. The service is underpinned by person centred values, encouraging a collaborative, inclusive and participatory approach.
