KPI & Reporting The successful candidate will use performance data and reporting to drive operational excellence, support decision-making and deliver exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for: • Ensuring the Divisional KPI Dashboard is completed On-Time & In-Full (OTIF) each month, no later than the end of the first working week. • Producing accurate Daily, Weekly and Monthly Warehouse KPI Reports to monitor operational performance and support informed decision-making. • Preparing and issuing customer reports, including Monthly KPI Dashboards, Storage Capacity, Productivity, Overtime and Slot Utilisation reports. • Producing accurate Financial Reports to support payroll, customer back-charging and operational cost management. • Working closely with the Finance Team on budgets, collections, invoices and planned spend to support business performance. • Using KPI reporting, data analytics and performance insights to identify trends, drive continuous improvement and support operational excellence. Experience We're looking for someone with: • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience managing people at multiple levels within a fast-paced environment. • Experience leading large operational teams and driving performance. • Warehousing experience is desirable but not essential. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
