Job summary With 17 branches, a strong on-line trading platform and centralised warehousing and distribution facilities Fane Valley Stores is Northern Irelands leading supplier of animal health and agricultural products to farmers and the rural community. Our aim is to exceed the expectations of our customers. We are currently recruiting for a temporary Sales Advisor to join the team based at our Omagh Store. The Role: Provide excellent customer service; Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner; Assisting with stock management and product replenishment; Processing orders for visual and electronic livestock identification products; Supporting other store functions when needed; Complying with relevant legal obligations. The Person: A good basic education which includes GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent); Previous work experience in a retail environment; Retail product knowledge of agricultural goods; Cash handling experience; Be computer literate; Demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a friendly, helpful and enthusiastic personality; Be a team player, capable of working with minimum supervision; Ideally have an interest and qualification in agriculture; Experience in crop and/or animal husbandry would be an advantage. Primary Purpose: To work as a team and support the Pharmacist/Store Manager in ensuring the store is run efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Used Car Sales Executive
Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our dedicated used car facility at Mercedes-Benz of Belfast. This is a Sales role with the responsibility for maximising every sales opportunity to achieve quarterly volume, profit and finance targets. Delivery of the highest levels of customer service whilst adhering to company procedures are essential outcomes. This is a full-time role with hours required to ensure ample coverage of the retail showroom environment, reporting to dealership sales management. Your skill set: • At least two years’ previous car sales experience. • Computer literate. • Possess excellent interpersonal skills. • Possess a high degree of self-motivation, confidence and determination. • Full valid driving licence, aged 21+ for insurance purposes. • Experience of Enquiry Max would be advantageous but is not essential. Key Objectives: • Achieve and strive to exceed all Sales targets and objectives through well-developed and professional sales presentation. • Achieve maximum profitability from vehicles sales, finance & insurance and accessory sales. • Drive retention of both new and existing customers, through customer contact strategies. • Help dealership to achieve industry-leading standards of Customer Satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Sell Used Mercedes Benz cars profitably to agreed targets. • Actively sell additional funding products and services available to agreed targets. • Actively prospect and update existing or provided customer database. • To interact with and follow up suitable sales prospects and input leads to the Marketing system in quantity as agreed with Manager. • To report daily/weekly on agreed performance KPI’s, comparing actual with targeted performance. • To accurately appraise part exchanges and/or purchases prior to agreeing pricing with the Sales Manager/Used Car Buyer. Customer Satisfaction • Individual CSI engagement and scores must always remain above national average. • High degree of customer satisfaction to be always upheld. Personnel: • With your sales colleagues, to ensure showroom and forecourt stock are at Mercedes Benz standards for presentation to prospective customers. • To liaise with sales management and administration on availability of physical and pipeline stock. • Ensure any company vehicle you are using is always at Mercedes-Benz standards for presentation to prospective customers. • Desk area and office to be always tidy. Operational: • To ensure Pre-Delivery inspections, Used Car Safety checks and any sanctioned repairs/servicing are carried out prior to customer collection. • All vehicles must have a valid insurance certificate before delivery. • Authority to offer/conclude a sale based on the advertised price of vehicle. • Any amount of discount over this must be approved by a sales manager. Staff: • To ensure immediate communication of sales to all colleagues, therefore maintaining accurate stock availability. Training: • To attend training courses, both physical and virtual, keeping updated on both product and procedure/compliance. • To ensure ability to inform all customers of new developments and specifications for all vehicles, new finance or related products. • To keep updated on competitors’ products, prices and specifications. • To actively participate in weekly training session if required. Administration: • To ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered with Digifile system. • All vehicles are paid in full before delivery. • All leasing company/fleet vehicles are paid within agreed timescale. • Maintain sales diary and databases required by management. • To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities with Sales Manager. • To ensure all payments for vehicles are complete and correct for each transaction, i.e. clearance of outstanding hire purchase agreements and checks forwarded for payment. • To ensure safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards. • All vehicle registration documents, invoices and property to be complete before Customer handover. • All agency vehicles delivered in accordance with Mercedes/Company policy. Communications: • To ensure utmost clarity in all contact with customers. • To ensure that customers needs are accurately qualified. • To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential and actual customers that enhances their image of the company. • To ensure the Sales Managers are aware of all transactions, proposals and personal whereabouts on all occasions. • To liaise with other Staff to ensure availability of cover when demonstrating vehicles to customers. • To ensure all customers are notified of delays, changes in requirements and specification of vehicles outstanding, ensuring smooth conclusion of vehicle handover. Salary: £49,750 (OTE) per annum
