What does a normal day* as a Customer Assistant look like? Contract Offered : Full-time, Permanent Working Hours / Shifts : 40 hours per week, across 5 days – 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on a Sunday. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month. • Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship Desirable: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Exeperience in customer service. • 2 years experience in Phlebotomy. • Sales / Retail experience. • Valid UK driving licence
Referral Co-ordinator
REFERRAL COORDINATOR MACS Floating Support and Outreach services provide a range of interventions to assist young people aged 16 - 25 to access/maintain accommodation in the community. The team of workers provide support to young people who are homeless, young people 'sofa surfing', at risk of eviction, and resettling from prison. The Referral Coordinator will support our referral process from pre-entry to post-exit.
