The role of the Assistant Training Manager is to assist the Area Training Manager and the Director of FET in the leadership and management of WWETB’s services in the areas of further education and training. The duties assigned will encompass the broad range of duties current within the region from time to time. It is anticipated that in the interests of organisational efficiency, members of the management team may be required to rotate within the management team covering a number of functional areas. Key Responsibilities Working closely with line managers and colleagues, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of services and the achievement of organisational goals. ▪ Identifying the training needs of client groups and assisting the development of appropriate responses.
