Head of Psychology, CRC Clontarf Permanent, Full Time The Head of Psychology will lead and be responsible for the effective delivery of a quality psychology services to children and adults with complex disability via our Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) and our enhanced complex care pathways. Psychology services include assessment, interventions, consultation, research, education and support. Such psychological services will be delivered in line with CRC strategy and objectives and within established professional standards, guidelines and policy. The Head of Psychology will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the CRC strategy including a key focus on developing services in the areas of autism and neurodiversity. This dynamic leader will lead the re-pivoting and expansion of our services to encompass more than just physical disabilities. The Head of Psychology will be a key leader of clinical staff in delivering the CRC’s ambition for service delivery. The successful candidate must be familiar with all relevant national policies and also have the following essential requirements: · Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or related field. · Extensive experience in working with individuals with disability · Extensive experience in working with individuals with autism and neurodiversity. · Proven track record of strategic leadership and service transformation. · Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based practices. · Experience in research and innovation within the field of psychology. It must be clearly demonstrated in your CV and supporting statement how you meet the required skills, competencies and knowledge for the post. Details of Service The person appointed to this post will work within the Integrated Services Directorate; working as part of multi-disciplinary teams delivering a coordinated approach to client care. The Public Dental Service provides oral health care for patients eligible for dental services which the Health Services Executive is, or may be, under obligation to provide. A preventative evidence based approach is the fundamental and distinctive character of the public dental service. A dental service is also provided for patients admitted to any institution maintained by the HSE and for those children in the care of the H.S.E. If required an emergency dental service is also provided. Future developments for the service will include enhanced care for Special Needs Groups and Preventative programs. The team structure involves assisting the Principal Dental Surgeon in the general guidance of Clinical Dental Surgeons, Grade 1 and the direct supervision as required of any existing auxiliary dental staff. The service is provided within the Primary Community and Continuing Care Area.

Coimisiún na Meán Vision and Mission Coimisiún na Meán is Ireland’s agency for developing and regulating a thriving, diverse, creative, safe and trusted media landscape. As the independent media regulator, Coimisiún na Meán is responsible for regulating broadcasters, video-on-demand providers and online platforms established in Ireland. Their wide-reaching remit also includes supporting and developing the Irish media sector. About This Role The Platform Supervision and Investigations division’s main function is to supervise digital services in Ireland and enforce the Digital Services Act (DSA), Terrorist Content Online Regulation and Online Safety Code. It consist of four supervisory teams, an Investigations team and a Regulatory Operations team which help determine regulatory strategy. The User Complaints team also sits in this division and is responsible for receiving complaints against service providers for alleged infringements of the DSA. The mission of the Platform Supervision and Investigations division is to understand the services and operations of the organisations that Coimisiún na Meán regulates, and to hold regulated entities to account. This includes monitoring compliance with regulatory obligations, resolving issues voluntarily when appropriate, handling user complaints and taking formal compliance action when warranted. User Complaints Team The User Complaints team sits within the Platform Supervision and Investigations Division and is responsible for receiving complaints against service providers for alleged infringements of the DSA. This team receives complaints escalated via the User Experience team, and also directly from other Digital Services Coordinators (DSCs) across the EU, in relation to service providers who are based in Ireland. This team progresses complaints in line with relevant legislation (section 201 of the Broadcasting Act 2009, as amended), and can also transmit complaints to the European Commission, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), and other DSCs across the EU as necessary. The work of the team is fast-paced and diverse. Investigations Team The Investigations team sits within the Platform Supervision and Investigations Division and is responsible for investigating alleged breaches of regulations, including the DSA, Terrorist Content Online Regulation and the Online Safety Code. The team must investigate alleged breaches in accordance with relevant legislation and adhere to fair procedures. The team is also responsible for supporting the European Commission with certain of its investigation and if a request has been made under Article 66 of the DSA.
