Senior Procurement Officer 37hrs/week Starting salary: £39,496 - £46,079pa Job reference: SPO/5048/0326 Choice is seeking to hire a Senior Procurement Officer to assist in implementing Choice’s Procurement and Value For Money Strategies. You will ensure that the project progresses through from inception to completion within the required timescales and meets the requirements of the stakeholder, ensuring auditory compliance, delivery of goods and services for Choice and its tenants. You will provide assistance to Procurement Officers and ensure all exercises are complaint. Despatch Operator
The Role: The Person: • A minimum of 1 years previous experience in a similar role; • Previous experience of stock taking, packaging, ingredients & finished goods, and adjusting variances; • High standard of written and spoken English; • Good standard of administration and IT skills; • A working appreciation of health and safety legislation. Preference will be given to candidates with: • At least 1 years fork truck experience and valid licence (Counter Balance, Reach, and Pallet Truck); • A shunter licence. Normal working pattern is Sunday to Friday 10.00pm to 6.00am(37.5 hours per week). Logistics Administrator (Ref No: LA26/04) Responsibilities will include:- * Oversee and manage administrative processes relating to receiving, put away, picking, packing and shipping operations. * Regular stock takes, cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy * Monitor stock levels and freshness providing detailed reporting to stakeholders * Be the primary WMS user supporting training and guidance where required * Act as a bridge between operational and technical teams This role requires the individual to be highly organised. Applicants should be IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications with accurate key board skills, be a self motivated team player, be able to communicate with staff at all levels and have the ability to work in a busy environment to meet deadlines.
