Job Description As a part of the AutoEntry Product and Design team, you will be contributing to the evolution of the AutoEntry product. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to develop skills and experience in fields like interaction design, visual design, user research, and analysis. You will be able to demonstrate resilience and determination whilst remaining flexible and responsive to the changing demands of a fast-paced environment. You'll enjoy working as part of a well-integrated team and must have good listening, verbal and written communication skills. You will be mentored and supported by experienced UX Designers throughout the Graduate programme. Key Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Conduct user research to understand our users and the problems they face. Attend and conduct usability testing sessions. Conduct research into our competitors and the marketplace. Be the ‘Voice of the Customer’ in all interactions. Work with the development, QA and Product teams to ideate solutions to solve customer problems. Deep dive to map out workflows, pain points, and personas to find the best ways to optimize tasks, user journeys, and UI screens. Design, wireframe, and prototype interfaces based on quantitative and qualitative tests in iterative design cycles. Provide stakeholders with visibility and understanding of the value being prioritised and delivered. Work closely with product owners to assist them in prioritization, research and delivery. Key performance indicators: Provide accurate, detailed and timely estimates and track own activities against plan. Actively contribute to UX design for all development projects involved in. Build good working relationships with all key stakeholders. Skills, know-how and experience: Must have: Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, etc. A portfolio demonstrating end to end customer journeys. Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships. Self-motivated, with the ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly. Preferred: Previous professional experience, such as an internship Technical / professional qualifications: A relevant degree.
