Job Requirements: · BSc/MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent with post-graduate design experience with an engineering consultancy. · Building structure design experience using all the main materials on a variety of structural projects but particular emphasis on Electrical Infrastructure, Transformer bunds, Foundations for Electrical Switchgear, new and existing Substation Buildings, Drainage, Roadways and Cable Basements. · Knowledge of Eurocodes and Irish/UK standards. · Experience with AutoCAD software and Revit. Experience with drainage software is often advantageous. · Knowledge of finite element and frame analysis software for steel and RC structure design work – experience with Robot Structural Analysis software is preferred but not mandatory. · Level 8 degree in relevant field (Level 9 in advantageous). · Chartered status preferred. · 3+Years of relevant experience
