Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve any issues. Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. 4. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement records and documentation. Prepare reports on procurement activities as needed. 5. Cost Containment: Assist in analysing procurement costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control. 6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.
