Positioned within the Global Talent team and reporting to the Director, Global Learning & Leadership Development, this role will help Kerry employees learn by creating and enabling high quality Leadership & Management Development learning experiences and assets. For this position, we are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate previous expertise in Leadership & Management Development. This role will work closely with executive leaders, their leadership teams, HRBPs, and regional Talent & Diversity Leads to provide leaders and managers with a set of consistent tools, methodologies, and resources to own their ongoing development and build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to drive the sustainable nutrition strategy.
