Clinical Nurse Specialist
Avista is a dynamic disability service providing clinical supports and residential services to children with complex disability needs and their families. We have 3 network teams in Blanchardstown, Blakestown & Cabra. You will be joining dynamic, family centred, interdisciplinary teams with excellent access to supervision and support from team. Cork City Council has a vacancy for the position of permanent Craftworker (Plumber) and will be creating a panel from which any permanent or temporary vacancies arising during the lifetime of the panel may be filled. We have vacancies for Healthcare Assistants in our nursing homes in the following locations: Mullingar, Multyfarnham, Edgeworthstown, Castlebar, Monaghan and Galway. Applicants will have a background in the care sector or experience of looking after somebody vulnerable. A qualification similar/equivalent to QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Elderly is desirable but not essential (this can be facilitated once in employment). We are looking for caring, patient and reliable individuals with a genuine interest in working with the older person. You should be an excellent team player and be flexible and supportive to colleagues. Fluent English and a professional manner are required.
