Supporting young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the local area achieve their full potential is a vital part of our work. As an Assistant Residential Worker – Waking Nights, you will be working in our Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation service working night shifts which will be 8pm to 8.30am. Our service supports up to 13 young people to manage their day to day lives and access specialist support to deal with issues of a specific nature. We would also consider this role on a part-time basis as long as you can commit to a minimum of 2 shifts a week. How you'll make a difference: By supporting young people to achieve their potential By assisting the Residential Workers to support the young people By contributing to care plans, support plans and risk assessments By carrying out 121 work with the young people to help them with cooking, budgeting and looking for jobs etc. By being there.
