About the role We have an exciting new opportunity at our Carrigaline Enzyme manufacturing facility for a Food Safety & Quality Manager. This newly created role will be accountable for food safety and quality aspects of the new Lactase Enzyme product range and production line currently under construction. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience of overseeing quality within a food or pharma manufacturing environment with a deep understanding of food quality standards, policies, procedures, and systems.
