Annual Leave Entitlement : 10.7% of hours worked Overview of the Post: The purpose of the role is to provide support services to a woman with a physical disability in her own home. This post will have shifts available covering day, evening, weekend and overnight support. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the empowerment of people with disabilities working as part of a team through a person centred approach and will work with service owners in accessing social and recreational activities in the community and assisting with all aspects of daily living in their residential service.
