St. Camillus Hospital Limerick, Residential and Day Hospital Services are operated by the Health Service Executive (HSE) Mid West. Situated on the Shelbourne Road, Limerick, this 100 bed hospital provides for the Care of the Older Person and also has REHAB/Stroke units as well as day hospital services and many other HSE services accommodated on the campus. The Catering Department at St. Camillus Hospital provides catering services to clients in long stay, respite and rehab residential care, and mental health services, in addition to hospital staff and visitors and to Mental Health Community Units throughout the city. Medical Laboratory Aide
The post holder will be required to perform a range of support duties to facilitate the efficient operation of the Laboratory and ensure the smooth delivery of laboratory services. The post holder will work with the other Laboratory Aides in Specimen Reception and as part of the Laboratory team including Medical Scientists, Senior Medical Scientists, Quality Officer and Chief Medical Scientist.
