Recruitment Engagement Navigator (Ref: E/REN/B/925) Permanent - 35 hours per week £27,403 per annum Job Purpose: The Recruitment Engagement Navigator will engage with prospective participants, stakeholders, and the wider communities to maximise programme uptake, specifically on the Skills for Life and Work Programme, through developing new referral streams and establishing strong relationships with new and existing referrals partners. Principle Duties To recruit participants onto the Skills for Life and Work Programme To co-ordinate effective marketing and promotion of the Skills for Life and Work programme to include careers events, community events, employer networks, economic and learning events. To work to a set of agreed targets measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). To collaborate with existing referral partners, ensuring that the people who need us the most are recruited and supported through the programme registration process. To actively identify, engage and collaborate with new referral partners, to ensure a strong and sustainable registration pipeline is maintained within the contracted areas. Job summary With 17 branches, a strong on-line trading platform and centralised warehousing and distribution facilities Fane Valley Stores is Northern Irelands leading supplier of animal health and agricultural products to farmers and the rural community. Our aim is to exceed the expectations of our customers. We are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join the team based at our Head Office in Moira. The Role: Working in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager and other Warehouse personnel, the Van Driver will be responsible for ensuring goods are delivered in a timely, professional and efficient manner. Be the face of Fane Valley Stores dealing with customers directly and assist with general warehouse duties when required. The Person: At least 6 months experience of working in a multi drop van driving role; Hold a valid UK driving licence; Have a good basic education and good communication skills; Be IT literate; Be able to work independently on your own initiative and contribute as part of a team; Be familiar with daily checks of equipment; Ideally have previous experience of working within a warehouse environment, have Northern Ireland and border counties multi drop experience and a current counterbalance forklift licence; An understanding of Northern Ireland Agriculture and farm delivery experience is desirable.
