Use your charisma and charm when checking guests in and out • Resolving guests queries in a timely and helpful manner • Checking bookings and dealing with payments • Responding to guest requests in person, over the phone, over email or via our review sites in a professional and empathetic way • Keeping up to date with the administration including reporting • Setting up and clearing our spaces throughout the season a.
