Role Introduction: Established in 1992, Applegreen is a leading convenience roadside retailer in the Republic of Ireland, the UK and the US in both large-scale Motorway Service Areas and Travel Plazas, as well as smaller petrol stations. The business has grown to over €3BN in annual revenue, operating 600 Motorway Service Plazas and forecourt sites internationally and employing over 17,000 people. Applegreen is in a rapid growth phase and to support this ambitious growth, we are seeking to onboard a Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role will form part of the Commercial Fuel Team and reports to Commercial Fuel Manager The successful candidate will be a confident people person who can fit into Applegreenseamlessly and adopt a hands-on approach to their role. This is a full time role and a company car will be provided. Key Responsibilities: As Applegreen evolves, so too will the accountabilities of this role. The core responsibilities will centre around the following areas: · Develop, implement and maintain a sales strategy with a view to maximising sales opportunities. · Identify and target new business segments/opportunities such as new customer segments. · Integrate Commercial Fuels with the transport industry network and its representative bodies. · Responsible for the management and development of key relationships within the area · Management of day-to-day reporting on sales performance and optimise efficiencies to promote growth. · Respond to enquiries and interest from commercial fuel customers regarding the Applegreen products. Lead Family Worker (Ref: E/LFW/B/526) Belfast Permanent - 35 hours per week £30,375.80 per annum Job Purpose: Bryson Pathways Children’s Service provides targeted support to families with children and young people aged 0–17 who are facing significant challenges (Tier 3 under the NI Family Support Model). We are seeking a Lead Family Worker to manage a team of Family Support Workers, ensuring families receive high quality emotional and practical support in their homes to help them confidently manage everyday life. This role includes providing on-call support for evening and weekend staff on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities Manage, support and supervise a team of Family Support Workers and carry a small caseload of families when required. Prioritise and coordinate referrals in collaboration with Social Workers and families. Facilitate or attend referral and review meetings, home visits, case conferences and any other multidisciplinary meetings Provide out of hours staff support on a rota basis Set clear and achievable outcomes in partnership with the families, Social Workers and Family Support Workers. Liaise effectively with professionals and agencies across multiple disciplines. Ensure accurate and confidential management of electronic client records, reports and files. Monitor service effectiveness and produce reports on project performance in line with quality standards. Support project recruitment and facilitate staff induction.
