KNOW THE ROLE NARS in our ARNOTTS store are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team on-site in a full-time 6 Month Maternity Cover Contract. Main responsibilities will include leading by example by in delivering our customer engagement approach you will be able to create strong connections with your customers through the brand history and high performance formulas thus securing brand loyalty to not only NARS but you as an Artist. Your coaching skills will be a real asset as you support management in developing the team, whilst your drive will ensure that the team are delivering on sales targets. We'll make sure you have the tools and training you need to deliver and inspire in coaching, artistry and customer service so that you can support the leadership of the team and take accountability when the manager is not there. In return, we'll expect you to deliver on your goals whilst supporting and driving the team. As a NARS Artist and Supervisor, you have the power to change the way a client feels about themselves through your actions, communication and the connections that you make. This will be your daily commitment to your clients and yourself. The desired candidate will possess a passion for creative beauty, be target driven and possess a passion for team development, they will require supervisory skills preferably in a Beauty related profession but not strictly related to. Experience in a retail environment is a must for this role and candidates without will not be considered. Off-licence Manager
Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Off-Licence operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provides customers with excellent quality products and services The ideal candidate will have/be: 2 years€,, experience in a Supervisor/Manager role is desirable Completion of WSET Level 2 or an alternative wine course is desirable A good knowledge of wine, craft beer and premium spirits Creative Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Main Duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative Drive sales through KPI reports, financial reports, brand initiatives, customer initiatives and employee knowledge Adhere to weekly stocktaking procedures and ensure they are accurate and any necessary action is taken in the Off-Licence Ensure purchasing of stock is carried out in accordance with procedures and control of stock rotation, so that the quality of goods is of the highest order so as to maximise turnover Merchandise and present the department to the highest standard at all times and in accordance with relevant store planograms and guidelines Monitor and control department overheads (i.e. packaging, cleaning equipment etc.) Enhance product knowledge by gaining information from a range of sources and share ideas, suggestions, builds on existing procedures/processes with employees and management Ensure all staff reporting to you are competent in any duties required and are given adequate training relevant to their tasks.

Workshop Planning: Support Service Teams with scheduling daily workshop operations and planning. Administration: Assist with raising job cards, invoices, managing service records, and processing warranty claims. Operational Assistance: Support site logistics, stock control, manage customer appointments, and coordinate with technicians. Sales and Retention: Learn to identify and sell additional service, maintenance, and repair work through the best advice process.
