Our MHS Engineers are responsible for delivering repair, maintenance, inspection, and installation services on a variety of mechanical, retail, and electro-mechanical equipment across customer sites throughout Ireland. Working both independently and as part of a wider service team, you will respond to service requests, carry out planned preventative maintenance, diagnose and resolve faults, and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. A key part of the role involves accurately completing job reports, service records, and other documentation using company systems, whilst maintaining excellent communication with customers and colleagues. You will be expected to consistently meet service level agreements and provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to customer locations throughout Ireland, including occasional overnight stays. To comply with Wanzl's Facial Hair Policy and ensure the effective operation of the required RPE, employees are normally required to be clean shaven. This requirement applies to all employees who are required to wear RPE.
