About the role We are currently looking for a Production Manager to join the senior leadership team at our milk processing production facility in Listowel and take responsibility for day-to-day production operations and KPI delivery. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Employee Experience, they are responsible for formulation of Learning and Development Strategy for the Muiríosa Foundation, and lead on the implementation of the strategy. Learning and development planning for the organisation, to promote the importance of learning and development, whether through further education, courses or seminars/webinars. This role provides information to flavour creation teams on what compounds make up the aroma/flavour of a sample. This is used for all matching projects, can be used for analysis of real-world samples (e.g. grilled cheese sandwich), as well as troubleshooting off-notes. This role also supports the quality functions across UK and Ireland by providing analysis to support customer and QC complaints.
