School Bus Driver
School Bus Driver Required: School bus drivers needed to start in September for school runs during term time only. We are seeking reliable and friendly school minibus drivers to transport students to and from school for a company based in the Saggart area. The role involves morning and afternoon school runs during term time for school runs in Dublin 24, Naas and Blessington areas. Applicants must have full clean D or D1 driving licence and must have completed all modules of drivers CPC and they must be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application. Responsibilities: Safely transport children to and from school. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with children, parents, and school staff Perform daily walk-around checks on the bus. Minimum Requirements Car Licence Applicants Salary €724.10 basic rate of pay per week, increasing to €838.40 on a six-year pay scale (Including shift pay and Sunday premium, rate of pay is €893.06 per week increasing to €1034.03, on the six-year pay scale). From 01 June 2026. Shifts New drivers will operate scheduled services covering a 5-day week with rotating shifts (including night service). The standard working week will be 39 hours, exclusive of breaks. Training Successful candidates will earn €724.10 a week while in the bus driver training programme. Successful candidates with a B Licence will commence a 6-week (full time) driver training programme, successful candidates with a D licence will commence a 4-week (full time) driver training programme. Initial training and mentoring is provided as well as on-going training and development, including periodic CPC.
