Business Development & Marketing Executive
Role: Business Development & Marketing Executive, Monaghan Credit Union Ltd Reporting To : Business Development Manager Office Based Role : Full Time position – 36.25 Hours per week. The position is full-time Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. Friday includes a late shift on alternative weeks, 9.00 am - 5.15 pm or 12.00 pm-8.15pm. Location: The role will primarily be based in the Monaghan office but noting that the successful candidate will be flexible, working from either our Monaghan or Ballybay Offices as required. Contract: Permanent Contract ( subject to completion of a successful probationary period). Salary: Commensurate with experience. The Role Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Business Development & Marketing Executive will be responsible for the efficient implementation of all marketing activities in line with Monaghan Credit Unions marketing strategy. This will involve market research, content creation (digital/print), managing social media, coordinating events, analysing campaign effectiveness to meet business goals. This position requires creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication for internal/external collaboration. It requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, great enthusiasm for all things marketing and knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to work in a progressive and professional Credit Union with assets of over €100 million and 25,000 members.
