As part of this particular opportunity, you will play a key role in a high-profile project funded by the Disruptive Technology Innovation Fund which attempts to predict the sensory quality of food products through connected sensors and data analytics. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, has a passion for science and technology and a working knowledge within the areas of Chemistry, Nutrition, Process Engineering, Data Analytics, and Food Science.
