About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and professional individual, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment to join our Customer Care Team as a Customer Care Specialist based in Listowel, Co Kerry The ideal candidate will be able to converse fluently in English, but knowledge of the French language would also be an advantage, however not essential. The Customer Care Specialist acts as the key contact between the customer and the company and will be responsive to customer's requirements at all times, (both internal and external) and resolve customer queries quickly and will direct their efforts to maximise the customer experience.
