Position: Health & Safety Administrator Lakeland Dairies Co-operative Society Limited (The Group) is the second largest dairy processor on the island of Ireland. We are now seeking applications for the position of a Health & Safety Administrator, reporting to the Group Head of Health & Safety, the successful candidate will focus on leading several group wide. projects including the implementation of a cloud-based H&S software platform and the further development of the Lakeland Dairies safety management system. The successful candidate will also have exposure to onsite operational H&S management experience supported by our team of experienced H&S co-ordinators and the Group Head of Health & Safety. The location of this role for the successful candidate will be flexible regarding which Lakeland site they are based (Killeshandra, Bailieborough or Killygarry) , but they will be expected to travel between all the other Lakeland sites and office locations as required. The successful candidate is required to hold a full clean driver’s licence. Individual: The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a proven ability to work on own initiative. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be very important. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. This is a fast-paced working environment so the successful applicant will need to be flexible, adaptable to ensure. deadlines and objectives are met. Education & Experience: Candidates will possess a third level qualification in Health & Safety or a NEBOSH general certificate. Although not essential, it is desirable that candidates hold IOSH membership and a First aid qualification. Proven experience of working successfully in a busy, fast paced administrative role.
