General Operative / Manufacturing Assistant
We are seeking a versatile and reliable General Operative/Manufacturing Assistant. We are an ambitious craft company who are passionate about handmade Irish products. Operating from a shared creative hub in Cork City, we design, make, and distribute framed art prints, and have plans for extended growth. Responsibilities Include: Manufacturing Assistance: Assembling framed art prints according to instruction and quality control specifications. Quality Control: ensuring all finished products meet our standards before dispatch. Goods In/Out: handling and transporting materials, components, and finished products within the production area. This involves lifting and carrying boxes approx. 10kg. Manual handling training will be provided. Packaging: carefully packaging finished products for dispatch. Delivery: daily delivery of orders to dispatch depot, and occasional delivery of orders to local stockists. Data Input: Updating systems in relation to status of components/orders. Communication: liaising with manager and colleagues on the day-to-day workflow and planned goods in/out. Teamwork: Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth production processes. This will involve following direction from your manager and directing colleagues on workflow, as required. Record Keeping: Maintaining records of production quantities, quality checks, and other relevant information as required in the business. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Flexibility: Being adaptable and willing to take on different tasks and responsibilities as needed in the business. Requirements: · Great attention to detail. Organisational Skills. Able to work on own initiative while also being able to contribute positively as part of a team. Assistant Audiologist
Hearing Solutions are specialised in the conducting of hearing tests on young children. Behavioural testing used in the assessment of young children under the age of 4 is being carried out with a second tester whose role is to distract and engage the child and assist in the interpretation of behavioural responses and contribute to the consequent management plan for the child. Training will be provided. The role of the Assistant Audiologist is integral to the accurate testing of young children. The testing process forms only a small part of the appointment process with discussion of history, test results and management plans needing to be discussed between the audiologist and the parents. During this time the child is being engaged and relaxed by the Assistant Audiologist, whilst the Audiologist and parents can have conversation regarding test results and management options. District Manager
Job Title: District Manager Reports To: Channel Engagement Manager Department: Channel Management Location: Ireland – Leinster Hours of Work: 37.5 hours weekly Job Overview: Provide key support to the Channel Engagement Managers by effectively managing and providing a point of escalation to an assigned portfolio of test delivery points across the ROI region. Ensure there is adequate staff hired and trained across delivery points. Provide coaching and training to managers in testing locations and make recommendations to improve performance at the test delivery points. Conduct proactive analysis of available data to identify areas of underperformance for intervention and implementing best practices. Instigate and manage remediation plans as required using a number of methods, including remotely and in person to conduct site audits, hiring activities and in-person training, including short-notice travel.
